Student Online Services
The University of Kansas uses online services via the KYou Portal for enrollment, bill payment, accessing grades, updating contact info, etc. Once admitted, students will be able to sign-up for a KU Online ID that will allow full access these services.
For additional account and techincal services, students can contact the IT Customer Service Center
Students enroll online using Enroll and Pay.
BlackBoard
Blackboard is a web-based course management system that allows instructional materials to be easily delivered via the Web. It includes threaded discussions, file sharing, e-mail, chat, gradebook and other tools. Access to BlackBoard is granted at different levels.
- Students who are enrolled in the course have full access to the materials for their course. This may include handouts, assignments, supplemental materials, discussion boards, etc.
- Guest access is available for all other users. Access to course materials varies depending on instructor preferences.
