Course Schedules

Use the following rules of thumb for long-term planning of EMGT courses:

  • Core Courses are offered every spring and fall semesters. If there is a choice in core courses to take (810 or 811, 813 or 823 or 844), these courses may be offered alternating semesters. However, at least one of these courses will be offered each semester.
  • Elective courses are generally offered once per year. Therefore, if a course is on the current spring schedule, it will be offered every spring. Generally speaking, the elective course schedule is as follows:
    • Spring: 804, 805, 850, 808
    • Fall: 802, 803, 812, 824, 800S/840*
    • Varies: 801 ( 800T), 807 (800R), 814, 800K, 800V, 800W , 862, 867
  • Summer course schedules vary depending on student needs. EMGT 830 and 835 are offered every summer. At least one additional core and elective course are also included on the schedule.
  • *EMGT 800S and EMGT 840 alternate years. EMGT 800S is scheduled for even years (2008, 2010, ...), 840 for odd years (2007, 2009, ...)
