A Profile of EMGT Students

Students in KU's Engineering Management Program are practicing professionals employed by over 100 businesses, manufacturing or consulting firms. There are over 200 actively enrolled students in the program and approximately 300 alumni.

EMGT currently has over 30 distance students located throughout the United States and internationally.

EMGT's international students include degrees from China, Colombia, Ecuador, Ghana, India, Jordan, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, and Turkey.

EMGT Students Statistics:

• Range in age from 24 to 64
• 13% of the students have a Master's degree
• Have undergraduate degrees in:
  • 17% in Civil Engineering
  • 17% in Electrical Engineering
  • 12% in Computer Science
  • 12% in Mechanical Engineering
  • 7% in Computer Science
  • 35% other Engineering or Science degree
