Project Focus

Engineering Managers know the primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals and objectives while adhering to classic project constraints—usually scope, time and budget.

Whether your goal is to be an engineering manager, project manager, Business Line Director or CEO of your own firm, it is essential to master the principles of Project Management. Courses taught emphasize the discipline of planning, organizing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives with a project management emphasis

Students learn the importance of balancing their coursework and professional obligations by mastering: time and budget constraints, performance / specification levels, reducing rework and changes while achieving organizational and personal success and stability.
